Nicolas Walder e Florence Brenzikofer dei Verdi erano presenti.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-6f94af96 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"6f94af96\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-11f84b4c\" data-id=\"11f84b4c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6ce1a52e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6ce1a52e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le seguenti richieste sono state indirizzate al Parlamento da parte di 5000 firmatari\/e:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Questo dovrebbe:<\/p><ol><li>estendere la legge sul riciclaggio di denaro in modo che avvocati, fiduciari e consulenti siano soggetti ad essa; e<\/li><li>creare un registro accessibile al pubblico che renda trasparenti i proprietari effettivi, le persone giuridiche, le fiduciarie e altre costruzioni giuridiche.<\/li><\/ol><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Con la rivelazione dei \u201cPandora Papers\u201d il 3 ottobre 2021, giornalisti\/e di tutto il mondo hanno analizzato pi\u00f9 di 11,9 milioni di documenti e hanno dimostrato che pi\u00f9 di 330 persone hanno effettuato transazioni finanziarie illegali o almeno moralmente riprovevoli.[2] I ricchi e i potenti usano strutture offshore e in particolare societ\u00e0 \u201cletterbox\u201d per ridurre le loro tasse e coprire la loro reale situazione finanziaria. [3]<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le rivelazioni dei \u201cPandora Papers\u201d mostrano anche che \u00e8 urgentemente necessario impedire ai contribuenti super-ricchi di nascondersi dietro entit\u00e0 legali (societ\u00e0 cassetta delle lettere), fiduciarie e altre costruzioni legali.
