En pr\u00e9levant un\u00a0<b>imp\u00f4t sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de guerre exc\u00e9dentaires<\/b>\u00a0des n\u00e9gociants en mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, elle peut apporter une\u00a0<b>contribution importante \u00e0 la reconstruction de l&rsquo;Ukraine<\/b>.
