C\u2019est notamment l\u2019une des deux banques ayant provoqu\u00e9<a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.privatebankerinternational.com\/news\/credit-suisse-restitution-mozambique-scandal\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> la crise de la dette du Mozambique<\/a> via un pr\u00eat ill\u00e9gal et corrupteur se soldant par la plong\u00e9e dans l\u2019extr\u00eame pauvret\u00e9 de 1,9 millions de personnes, sur fond de ru\u00e9e sur le gaz et de patronage Qatari. Le scandale \u00e0 d\u00e9j\u00e0 cout\u00e9 quelques 700 millions et les poursuites cons\u00e9cutives ne sont pas termin\u00e9es.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>C\u2019est dans ce contexte d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re et pour faire face \u00e0 ces co\u00fbts en lieu et place d\u2019UBS que pas moins de 9 milliards d\u2019argent public ont \u00e9t\u00e9 gag\u00e9s par le Conseil F\u00e9d\u00e9ral. \u00ab Le Conseil F\u00e9d\u00e9ral fait plus que de tol\u00e9rer des choix strat\u00e9giques d\u00e9plorables. Il les avalise et nous les fait prendre \u00e0 notre charge, gr\u00e9vant ainsi le budget f\u00e9d\u00e9ral dont il ne cesse pourtant de rogner la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire face aux urgences sociale et \u00e9cologique. Son poids syst\u00e9mique est consid\u00e9rablement accentu\u00e9. \u00ab Les r\u00e8gles de r\u00e9gulation prudentielle insuffisantes et les garanties \u00e9tatiques d\u2019un \u00c9tat de petite taille comme la Suisse ne feront pas le poids lorsqu\u2019une prochaine crise fera vacciller la banque g\u00e9ante. Leurs branches gestion d\u2019actifs d\u00e9tenaient 19 milliards dans ces entreprises.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Les politiques d\u2019exclusion et d\u2019engagement actionnarial d\u2019UBS sont parmi les moins cr\u00e9dibles d\u2019Europe continentale. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/reclaimfinance.org\/site\/2023\/03\/28\/rapport-la-finance-suisse-complice-de-lexpansion-fossile\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UBS a ainsi vot\u00e9 en 2022 contre le plan climat de Glencore<\/a><\/strong> qui d\u00e9veloppe de nouvelles mines de charbon, mais continue de lui fournir du financement.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00ab L\u2019absorption du Credit Suisse par UBS va cr\u00e9er <strong>un titan de la finance climaticide<\/strong> soutenant l\u2019expansion des \u00e9nergies fossiles, d\u00e8s lors tr\u00e8s expos\u00e9 aux risques de la \u00ab bulle carbone \u00bb et du chaos climatique (+8 milliards d\u2019exposition) mais aussi \u00e0 la corruption et aux arrangements opaques qui caract\u00e9risent le secteur des fossiles \u00bb\u00a0Emiliana du Collectif BreakFree Suisse.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La Suisse doit regarder en face les causes structurelles du naufrage du Credit Suisse, reprendre le contr\u00f4le sur son systeme financier et entreprendre sa r\u00e9gulation stricte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
