Wenn alle Anbieterinnen von Kommunikationsdiensten \u2013 vom kleinen Start-up bis zum Open-Source-Projekt \u2013 zu umfassender \u00dcberwachung und Identifizierung verpflichtet w\u00fcrden, w\u00e4re das ein gef\u00e4hrlicher Schritt in Richtung \u00dcberwachungsstaat.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Besonders kritisch: Nutzer*innen m\u00fcssten sich k\u00fcnftig mit Ausweis, F\u00fchrerschein oder Telefonnummer identifizieren. Diese Daten w\u00fcrden mindestens sechs Monate gespeichert und k\u00f6nnten standardisiert von Beh\u00f6rden abgefragt werden.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Solche Massnahmen erinnern nicht an eine offene Demokratie sondern vielmehr an einen autorit\u00e4ren Staat. Dagegen wehren wir uns!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Aber nicht nur der Inhalt der Verordnung ist problematisch. Auch die Art und Weise, wie der Bundesrat diese Versch\u00e4rfung umsetzen will, ist bedenklich: ohne parlamentarische Debatte und damit ohne demokratische Legitimation. Das untergr\u00e4bt die Kompetenzordnung und verletzt das Legalit\u00e4tsprinzip.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Mit deiner Unterst\u00fctzung setzen wir uns f\u00fcr eine offene Demokratie und gegen einen \u00dcberwachungsstaat ein!
