die UBS EACOP nicht finanziert.<\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die EACOP (East African Crude Oil Pipeline) ist <\/span><b>das Projekt der l\u00e4ngsten beheizten \u00d6lpipeline der Welt<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Wenn die Pipeline zustande kommt, wird sie Uganda und Tansania vom Albertinischen Graben bis zum Hafen von Tanga zerreissen. <\/span><b>Die Auswirkungen werden dramatisch sein<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: etwa 100\u2019000 Menschen werden umgesiedelt, [1] zahlreiche Naturschutzgebiete sind vom Verlauf der Pipeline betroffen [2] und Gesamtemissionen des Projekts von 379 Millionen Tonnen CO\u2082-\u00c4quivalenten werden erwartet! [3] <\/span><b>Gl\u00fccklicherweise fehlen dem Projekt noch Gelder und gemeinsam k\u00f6nnen wir daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass es diese nicht bekommt.<\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wenn alle grossen Banken die Finanzierung verweigern, muss TotalEnergies das Projekt aufgeben! Angesichts der Protestwellen gegen das Megaprojekt verzichten Banken und Versicherungen weltweit nach und nach darauf, es zu unterst\u00fctzen. In der Schweiz hat die UBS ihre Beteiligung jedoch noch nicht \u00f6ffentlich ausgeschlossen.
